The series has been compared to 50 Shades of Grey, but honestly, that is a false comparison, except to say that there is sex, romance, and a sexy millionaire hero. This series (and its companion books) are written around the players of a mysterious disappearance. The backdrop setting is the art world of San Francisco. The players are artists, gallery owners, and those who work among this circle. Rebecca was one of these players, until she came up missing after having an affair with another member. Sara is the sleuth trying to retrace Rebecca's steps. In the process, she meets two sexually powerful men: Chris and Mark.
At this point, we have seen the Point of View from Rebecca, Sara, and Mark. With REVEALING US, we finally get a view into Chris. He is the tortured artist who hopes to find peace with Sara. But Sara still has a few demons of her own to slay before she can help him with his. Will the two be able to put their past behind them and build a future together?
