The Darkest Faerie Tales Collection
by Riley Bancroft
a Paranormal Romance

Blurb From Book 1:
Born the only hybrid between two warring factions, Mya's life is all smoke and mirrors. For twenty four years her true identity has been kept a secret inside the virtuous Seelie Court of the ancient Fae. But that time has come to an end. In one sudden blow, her perception of reality is irrevocably altered and her livelihood is stripped away. A dark and mysterious stranger has set his sights on her to possess, consume and claim her for himself. Mya must keep her wits about her to survive…or surrender to her darkest desires.

As one of the leaders in the infamous Unseelie Court, Cole is determined to seize the powerful and magickal hybrid from the enemy’s court on behalf of his people. A battle is looming and they’re ready to end the war at any cost, but for Cole it’s personal. The scar on his face is a daily reminder of the cuts marring his darkened soul and when he goes after the hybrid, a burning need to dominate and master her is far too great. Despite the consequences he faces for touching her, Cole's dark and twisted hunger is unable to resist her allure. He craves her full submission, but in order to do that, he must take everything away from her first.

Welcome to their twisted Faerie Tale.
Dark, Erotic Paranormal Romance with BDSM Elements…packed with a scorching heat.
Note:This book contains dark sexual elements that may be uncomfortable for some readers and is intended for adults. This is the first novella in a series of four.

EXCERPT

Well, if she didn’t want to be with Cole forever then he’d give her a reminder of who she belonged to. The need to claim her overrode any other thoughts—he needed her surrender. Mine. He clenched and unclenched his fists. “Get your fucking ass in the bathroom right now,” he ordered.

“No Sir,” she spat the last word out at him.

Shit was about to get wrecked. The internal demand to assert authority and control over her grew to dangerous levels. His cock swelled and he gritted his teeth. “I will drag you in there kicking and screaming or you can walk in there like a big girl. Now, go.” He pointed at the bathroom.

She stomped passed him then fled inside. She could run, but she couldn’t fucking hide.

Cole followed, slamming the French doors behind him. Hot on her heels, he pursued her to the bathroom and flung that door shut too. “Pull your pants down,” he commanded. The hunger for her peaked and he desperately longed to get inside her.

“You’re not my master right now, so you don’t get to tell me what to do.” She spun to face him, arms crossed over her chest, and a righteous anger over expression.

“I’m always your master, sweetheart. Now, pull your pants down and bend over,” he yelled, unable to stop the frenzy of hunger raking at him and taking over—the need to take her and claim her as his, too great. His cock strained in his pants. “Or, I’ll do it for you.”

“Ohhh,” Mya cackled. “You pull your pants down, sweetheart.”

She tried his every last nerve. Cole eyed her. Taunted and spurred to have his way with her. You are mine.

“Ah. The big and strong man doesn’t get it,” she ridiculed.

“Keep this up, sweetheart and you’re gonna get it.” His neck strained as his muscles flexed and his balls ached with a need to release.

Undiluted rage burned over her face. She slapped him.

His head whipped to the side and he didn’t turn back to look at her, focusing on the wall instead. “What was that for?” Cole ground his jaw, but dared not move an inch, because he was certifiably about to lose his sanity.

“Come on, every time you call me, sweetheart, you don’t mean it.”

“You say it like it’s an insult. I call lots of people sweetheart.”

“Exactly my point. Surely, you of all people realize you use that word when you distance yourself. When you can’t man up and face things.”

He swung his gaze back to her, a pure crimson covering his sight. “That’s fucking it!” Like a lion stalking in for the kill, he grabbed her by the nape and pulled her to him. His lips crashed on to hers and his tongue pressed into her mouth—punishing her with his kiss.

Her hands pushed against his chest, but he didn’t relent, wrapping his fist in her hair and pulling her tighter to him. She opened her mouth for him and he branded her with his tongue, his lips. He wouldn’t give her the satisfaction of letting go of him. He was hers. With his other hand, he undid her pants and ripped them down her legs. When he couldn’t bend any further, without separating their mouths, he used his foot to yank them lower to her ankles.

Mya kissed him back with an insatiable fervor. Her hands wove in his hair, urgently dragging him closer as she writhed against him.

Nails dug into his scalp and he relished the pain, matching the ache in his heart. Cole used his free hand to pull her tee and bra above her chest, exposing her plump breasts. He kneaded each mound and her nipples hardened to tight little buds. Next, he unzipped his jeans, releasing his aching and throbbing cock.

Immediately, she found his erection and gave it a long, hard stroke.

“Fuck, Mya. You fucking unravel me,” he whispered against her lips before taking her mouth with his again. Winding his fist in her hair, he kept her head angled in place for his tongue to caress hers.

She squeezed his cock with a tough and rocklike tug and the pain intensified the pleasure.

No longer able to stand the intense eagerness to fill her, he broke the kiss and whirled her around until she faced the counter. Pressing down on her shoulders, he bent her over.

Her green eyes gazed at him in the reflection of the mirror with a fevered hunger.

“You don’t need a king? Fine. I’ll be your master then.”

Blurb:
Elaine Watkins, Public Relations Advisor, is surprised when she receives a summons from the very attractive and enigmatic Dr. Xavier Vincent. She worships the talented physician and company icon responsible for developing the cure that saved her sister's life and isn't immune to his charm. Even though puzzled by his request, she is excited and eager to get started on his latest project.

But Dr. Vincent has other ideas. Instead of discussing cures, drugs and marketing strategies, he asks Elaine to join him in Paris to indulge his unique sexual appetites.

Torn between gratitude for saving her sister, her attraction for the powerful man and compromising her pre-conceived notions of sexuality, she must decide if it's easier to feed his desires or walk away. Until she devises a plan of her own.

"Make no mistake, Elaine, I am a king. Kings command and conquer. They are brutal and uncompromising. You don't want a king. Face it, you came here expecting a saint." - Dr. Xavier Vincent

Excerpt:

“Doctor, what are you asking?”
“I’m asking you to surrender to five days of passion. To discover physical delights you’ve never known and will never know again.”
I stared at the doctor, at the photos, then back again.
He pointed to the page. “I want to watch those two men ravish you under my direction.”
It had to be a joke or one of those “gotcha” reality TV shows. He couldn’t possibly be serious. “I’m not a prostitute!” I stood, readying to leave.
“Of course you’re not.” He stood and grabbed my hand. “I didn’t mean to imply that you are. You’ll notice I’ve made you no promises. There isn’t a promotion or prize for doing this. I’m simply hoping you’ll choose to indulge me. There is something about you, Elaine. I would work to seduce you, if I was capable of it, but this is what I have to offer.”
I pulled my hand out of his. “This is crazy! You want me to sleep with these men so you can get off watching.”
“No. I want to tell these men how to touch your body so that I can bring you pleasure. It will be me making love to you. I chose them to make the experience as stimulating as possible. Understand, in all of this, it’s me who is in charge; it’s me you’ll be intimate with. Those two men will be an extra set of lips, an additional tongue, another cock at my disposal to make you writhe.”
His words did things to me—a strange, hot seduction.
“Why two men?”
“Ever made love to two men at once?”
I wasn’t a prude by any means but… “No!”
“It was Lydia’s favorite indulgence on special occasions. And you, my dear, are special.” He grasped my upper arms and fixed me with his gaze. “I want our time together to be memorable. Perhaps I’m selfish for wanting to give you an experience you’ll never be able to duplicate. But isn’t that every man’s desire when he makes love to his woman?” He squeezed my arms tighter and pulled me closer to him.
I couldn’t breathe. It was all so unbelievable. Heat was building between my thighs and I tried to look away from him, but couldn’t.
He released my arms. “After this week you return home and nothing changes.”
“Just like that. Nothing changes?”
I turned, picked up the folder, and slumped into the chair. I opened the folder, looked at the photos again and then back to the doctor. “And if I don’t agree?” Would I be fired?
He sat and crossed his legs. “You can go sightseeing for a week or whatever you choose.” He leaned forward. “Paris is a lovely city, but you’ll always wonder what it would have been like. Imagine just how good it might have been.” He leaned back again. “Either way, you choose. When you return home, you go back to being you and I remain me, half a world away. Prostitution is a financial transaction; I have no interest in that. What I’m asking is for you to be my lover for this one week in Paris.”
I put my face in my hands. This was a train wreck. What in the hell was I going to do?
“If you choose to indulge me, you’ll discover ecstasy that few ever experience. I don’t want your answer tonight. You’re tired and in need of a good night’s sleep.” He stood and reached for my hand. “Let me show you to your room.”
Speechless. I stood, but took the glass of wine instead of his hand. I would need it. Stowing the folder under my arm, I followed him out of the room and up the winding staircase.
At the door to my room, he paused. “Elaine, there is no pressure. I only want this to happen if you want it to. If you have any doubt, please decline. I have no desire to force your will. I chose you of all the women I see day in and day out for several reasons—your confidence, for one. It tells me you’ll see the offer for what it is—an opportunity. Your strong independence will let you see this situation without gender bias. Someone weaker would allow social norms of what a woman should do, or not do, sexually get in the way of enjoyment. You will not and that is important to me.”
“You don’t know me. This is insane.” I brought the glass to my lips and drained every last drop.
“Is it? It was your compassion that sealed the deal for me. You can see past my limitations, just as you did your father’s, and your honesty and ethics will keep you from destroying me with this knowledge if you choose to walk away. Is that insane?”
“Yes. Yes it is.” I reached for the door handle.
“Sleep on it. Look over the files. Remember, you are in a foreign city. No one will ever know.” He leaned in and kissed me on the cheek, but paused to breathe in my ear, “I would be ever so grateful.” He allowed his words to settle in before saying, “Sweet dreams, my Elaine.”
I turned the handle and stumbled through the door. The photos of the nude men, along with various other pieces of paper, scattered across the floor. I bent over to pick them up, hand still on the knob. I paused and stared at the man labeled Marco, with the over-sized penis. Damn! Did they really make men like that? The feeling of being watched overcame me and I lifted my eyes to find the doctor observing with a mischievous grin.
“Good night, Doctor.” I slammed the door.

To Catch a Star
by Romy Sommer
a Fairy Tale Romance

‘A fairy-tale romance to warm even the coldest of hearts.’ Chloe’s Chick Lit Reviews

Teresa Adler is the ultimate Ice Princess, with a heart as frozen as the winter landscape of her beloved home, Westerwald. All her life, she’s belonged to the ‘inner circle’ of wealth, privilege and position.

Christian Taylor: Heartthrob. Movie Star. Bad boy. The mischievous actor sets temperatures soaring in the picturesque baroque principality – and with a wicked glint in his eye and a chip on his shoulder he sets his sights on the one thing he’s told he can’t have. Teresa.

While Tessa holds the ultimate clue to the secret of Christian’s parentage, it is the heat of his touch that will make this Ice Princess feel more alive than she ever has before…

To Catch a Star is published by Harper Impulse, a division of Harper Collins, and is available from the following online retailers:

Excerpt:
One woman tearing your clothes off was fun. Five at once? Not so much.
“Please, ladies...” Christian was only half laughing now.
Rip. There went an Armani sleeve. He shrugged away from the grasp, but there were still other hands pulling at him, tugging at him.
He’d known adoring fans before but they seldom pawed him. And this had gone way beyond pawing.
“I’ll sign autographs, but you really don’t need to take souvenirs.” He had to raise his voice over their squeals. This was definitely not fun. In fact, it was getting downright scary. The crowd surrounding him pressed in tighter. There seemed to be more of them now too.
Another rip. This time his shirt. The excited squeals increased in volume.
“He’s mine!” shouted one over-eager fan.
“Mine!” the others echoed.
“Well, actually, ladies...” He belonged to no one. But in the grip of mob mentality, they neither heard nor cared.
He had to get out of here.
With another rip, this time the rear seam of his evening jacket, he pulled away from the knot of admirers. One young woman tumbled to her knees with the impetus. Fighting every instinct to be a gentleman, he didn’t pause. He ran.
The sound of their pursuit spurred him on. He ran blindly. Now he knew how it felt to be the fox in a fox hunt.
A block or two further and the number of feet behind him seemed to diminish, but he still didn’t look back. He only hoped no-one had been trampled in the ruckus. Though if one or two of the fanatics broke a heel in the process, justice would be served.
He reached an intersection and looked both ways. This foreign city had turned into a maze and he had absolutely no idea where he was. Back where he’d been accosted, the streets teemed with life. He paused. He stood now in a deserted residential street, a terrace of imposing townhouses lined with trees stark against the night sky.
And no way out.
Cul-de-sac either side and a dead-end straight ahead.
Damn.
He looked back over his shoulder. There were only three women left in the race, but they were gaining.
A car pulled out of a driveway within the cul-de-sac to his left, picking up speed as it approached his street corner. An open-topped sports car with only one occupant. Blonde was all he had time to register. Drawing on a lifetime’s worth of instinct, he took a running leap and landed face-first in the rear seat, just as the roof began to unfold and close over them.

About the Author:
I’ve always written stories for myself, but didn’t even think of being an author until I realised that being over thirty and living in a fantasy world was a little odd. Writing those same stories for other people makes it a lot more acceptable!
By day I dress in cargo pants and boots for my not-so-glamorous job of making movies but at night I come home to my two little Princesses, in Johannesburg, South Africa, where I live, and I get to write Happy Ever Afters. Since I believe every girl is a princess, and every princess deserves a happy ending, what could be more perfect?

Character Obsession
by Iyana Jenna
from Evernight Publishing
an MM Contemporary Romance
Blurb:
Chase Riley, a Hollywood actor, is kidnapped. One of the abductors, Luke Nelson, is delusional and thinks that Chase is Elliot, the character Chase plays in his procedural cop series on TV. Luke plans to replay what happened to Elliot on the show with Chase. The worse thing is that Luke gets help from his father who seems to be as crazy as his son.

Chase’s boyfriend, co-actor Aidan Buffett, is on a trip with his sister when Chase is abducted. He grows worried when his call to Chase goes unanswered. Will he ever see his boyfriend again?

This is a previously published work. It has been edited for Evernight Publishing.

Be Warned: m/m sex

 Excerpt:

Chase’s mind whirled and before he thought of anything else, he grabbed the door and threw himself out—or so he thought. The man was faster. A lot faster. He seized Chase by his jacket and just—stabbed him in his side. Chase caught his breath, and for some time he didn’t realize what happened. He sucked in a breath and whimpered when the guy yanked the knife out none too gently. Chase felt his world darken so he didn’t notice when the man slipped out of the car, came to be at the driver’s door, and wrenched him out from behind the steering wheel. As his breathing turned labored, Chase grappled at the source of the pain on his side and winced as he grasped it.

“Come on. Move.” The guy grabbed him by the shoulder and pushed Chase in front of him.

Chase swayed in the man’s clutches, but he pulled himself up as he controlled his breath.

Chase attempted to plant his feet as he was dragged up the stairs, but the pain had become too much and he could only comply. At one time the man rested him against the wall, took off his sunglasses, and pulled down his jacket hood, revealing himself. Chase gasped. The man was practically the mirror image of that Bob Nelson he met earlier at the diner, only rounder and much sturdier. And also a lot younger. What worried Chase was this man took off his disguise and didn’t seem too concerned he could recognize him. Not like Chase would be able to escape him and go to the cops, anyway. He was too sluggish to even move. They’d come in the back door, but not much attention was given to them by those at the front desk. Chase suspected that the man had stayed in the hotel long enough that he’d become just another familiar face.

The man’s grip tighten around his arm, but Chase kept his glare toward the receptionist in an attempt to get his attention—which failed totally—for the guy kept his head down. As his abductor dragged him toward the elevator, Chase palmed his side and lifted his hand with dread. It was damp and deep red with blood.

“Don’t do anything you’re going to regret,” the guy whispered to his ear as they got into the elevator, which, to Chase’s dismay, was empty. “I don’t want to have to kill you, Elliot. I love you.”

Chase turned cold at the mention of his character’s name. “I’m not Elliot,” he choked out. “I’m Chase.”

“Hush.” The man pulled Chase’s back against him, wrapping his long, muscled arm around Chase’s shoulders, waving the knife before Chase’s eyes.

Chase began to tremble.

The MC series
 by L. Ann Marie
Have you ever heard of an MC that cherish their women? Old ladies that take care of their kids and community? These are the people I write about. The alpha men with their strong women working together to make their part of the world better. Sure they have wars, questionable practices, alright they could be thrown in jail for what they do but they do it for the right reasons. My stories start with one. An autistic man that the government trained and his MC values. They go on to expand membership in the MC and change to legitimate businesses. As the MC grows we see more women shining through, holding their own and taming (ok, at peace) with the alphas.

Every book deals with a different subject, domestic abuse, gang wars, human trafficking, disabilities etc. Every book has a strong woman showing how she got to be with her alpha.

This is not your typical MC. This is life in the Badass Brotherhood.
These are my stories.
MC Series, 8 books Ex SEALS and MC. Badass in every book!
