Two great stories in one. The apocalyptical universe created for the setting is realistic and the characters fit perfectly with this world. Love that we have a tough female role. Danger and suspense at every turn. Their romance is steamy hot. Things are tense between the two from the start and never lets up. I know this a stand-alone, but I hope the author writes more like this.
