I read this book recently and it is HAWT!!!  Christiana is young in age but mature beyond her years.  Jonathan is a little older, sexy and very dominant.  The attraction is electric, the writing is divine and you can't help but be sucked into the wonderful world of intrigue, romance and politics (particularly in the current political climate).  I can't wait to read more and have already picked up the next book to take on an upcoming vacation, I liked it that much!

On a side note, I had a chance to hang out with Elizabeth and she is a blast!  Gorgeous, funny,  and down to earth with a wicked sexy streak.  I already loved the book and she is just the cherry on the cake.

Writing erotic romance is the most fun I’ve ever had. (Well, except for the research.)

Many of my books are set in Washington, DC, where I lived and worked many years, running a public relations firm. In my PR career I’ve been fortunate to encounter or represent some of the city’s powerful insiders. I write, tweet and post under my pseudonym, Elizabeth SaFleur, since my clients might be a little shocked at how their counselor spends her free time. Then again, perhaps they’d fear they provided inspiration. (I’ll never tell.)

Today, I live  in Virginia with my husband and furry child. Occasionally I’m separated from my laptop to indulge in dance classes and visit wineries and hiking trails with family and friends. If there were a house fire, I’d grab my dog, laptop and five-foot-long, regulation, Sally Rand ostrich feather fans — in that order. (Hubby knows the way out.)

I’m a member of the Romance Writers of America, Washington Romance Writers, and an ongoing student of fiction writing, as well as avid reader of general fiction and romance, especially the erotic kind.

I, Kat Brewer, am a Santa Cruz, CA native who now resides in rural South Alabama. What I write actually comes as a surprise to me for the most part. There are these moments of inspiration which kind of explode, and I just have to write them down! I am really just an average woman trying to make it. I love my very patient husband and my family more than anything else. I don't have any kitschy hobbies, nor have I traveled as much as I would like, but I've been told I have a great imagination!

When I was a child, I was not a fan of Cinderella. I felt like she was too weak to stand up for herself. Cinderella could have been a household laborer anywhere, and nearly anyone else would have treated her better. Instead, she waited around for the Prince to save her. My heroines don't wait around for some man to save them; they get off their behinds and save themselves. If a guy helps, well, that's just a bonus! My heroines are all strong women who carry on despite their insecurities. I think they represent real women with real struggles— albeit in a fictitious setting.
