In the past year, Darcy and Raze's lives have been torn apart by club business. While Raze is trying to contain the damage inflicted by his traitorous wife, Darcy is trying to learn the truth behind her husband's death. When all clues lead the club to go into lock-down, Raze and Darcy find comfort with one another. Together, they take the fight to the cartel while fighting the feelings that are growing. Can they fight the external forces, rebuild the club and create a Brady Bunch family? Can she forgive the club for taking her husband away and can he learn to trust again?
The story has lots of suspense as the two hunt down clues and there is lots of action. The tension between the two, sexual and other, creates lots of great verbal sparring. Fans of MC, strong female characters, and action will enjoy this. You don't have to read the first one to follow the plot.
