I Want You, and I Get What I Want

I Want You
I Get What I Want, Book 2
by Jaden Sinclair

***Blurb***

Dwayne ‘Dozer’ Rivers doesn’t believe in true love, and how can he? His mother died at a time when a boy really needs his mother, his father wasn’t there for him, and his sister left - leaving him to grow up fast. He filled the void in his life with countless one night stands,
enjoying each one to the fullest. Settling down is something he doesn’t want or can see for his future.

Samantha Tatum is looking to start over with not only a new family but in a new town. And one of the new things she wants for herself is Dozer. Only the man she has her sights on has made it very clear to anyone who’s listening, that he doesn’t mess around with young girls such as herself and intends to stay clear from the innocents. So how can an innocent, young girl like Samantha convince a man liked Dozer that they are perfect for each other? Seduce him! Samantha might get what she wants, but can she hold on to him?

***Excerpt***

Seeing the drive to the house coming up, she opened her mouth. “Dozer stop the truck.”

Dozer slammed on the brakes, put the truck in park and scooted over to the middle quickly. “Are you sick?”

“No,” she breathed out, her hands shaking.

She moved fast, turning in the seat and crawling up on his lap. Dozer’s arms went out as if he might be afraid to touch her or something. His dark eyes widened, his mouth opened in surprise, and she could feel his body stiffen under her. Samantha took hold of his face with both hands and lowered her own down.A light kiss to the lips, then another, and another. Dozer didn’t move or kiss her back, but it didn’t stop her from going on. Another kiss, then she got a bit bolder and touched his lips with the tip of her tongue “Kiss me, please,” she breathed out against his lips.Giving it all she had, Samantha turned his head just a bit and kissed him with everything she had to give, right there. She pressed her lips to his, teasing his lips with her tongue, then slipped it inside his mouth, seeking out his tongue. A low groan slipped from his chest and his hands came up to her face, holding her, kissing her back, deeper than what she started. She didn’t hold back her moan of pleasure. Her first thought was, now this is a kiss. This is how a man kisses a woman that he wants to make love to. Not the kind of kiss which spoke of a quick screw in the back seat of a sports car.

His mouth moved over hers, his tongue thrust into her mouth and tangled with her tongue. Then his hands moved from her face to her shoulders, towards her back and down to cup her ass. Samantha moaned again and began to rub herself on the hard contours of his body. It felt so good having him touch her, kiss her. It had her wanting so much more from him right here and right now.

***** Excerpt*****

The breeze blew right in her face, carrying with it a scent of freshness, she felt lightheaded. Another wave of dizziness, almost a drugged sensation hit her, mixed with a strange impression of tiny fingers touching her body. The pounding
need grew stronger inside her, pooling between her legs, frightening and thrilling her. She wanted to stay and run at the same time.

The stranger still staring didn’t help. No, he moved toward her. Son of a bitch! She could almost feel his body heat.

Panicked, Zhora turned away as he moved toward her. She pushed her way out of the crowd in an overwhelming urge to get away from the things going on in her body she didn’t understand. She didn’t get far.

He caught her, the one staring at her. Grabbed by the arm, she swung around, and lips covered hers. She was kissed and kissed deep. The impulse to run disappeared. She had no control over her body, couldn’t stop her arms from going up around his neck, or stop her eyes from closing.

Zhora didn’t mind either. She enjoyed the kiss, even kissed him back. Boy, did he have a skill with his mouth. His lips moved over hers. His tongue teased her lips until she opened for his tongue to slip inside. God, he tasted good. Too fucking good. He tasted of fresh air after a big storm. Zhora wanted to crawl into him, to get closer to enjoy his touch more than mere kissing satisfied.

He walked her backward, and she went willingly. The feelings, the emotions hitting her, too overpowering to fight had she wanted to. Zhora had to have more, needed more, craved more She touched his chest, skimming both hands up and down smooth muscles. Up to his shoulders, she pushed the shirt off, not understanding why she had the compulsive need to. Never this way, she wasn’t the kind of girl to kiss a stranger, to strip him, or make out, yet she was doing all of those things. The urge to feel his skin against hers drove her crazy, while the outside world melted away in a haze until only the two of them existed.

Something wasn’t right, one part of her mind told her at the same time that everything felt damn right. This wasn’t her, yet she didn’t stop. She wanted his hands on her, his mouth on her body, and he seemed to need her as badly as she needed him. The voice telling her it was wrong grew weaker.

Caring about her means Everything

Severine

by Jaden Sinclair

 *********Blurb************
The year is 9045 and the Nations control almost everything in the universe. They have brought order to many planets and cultivated others, but behind closed doors they’ve raided and pillaged the planet’s resources for their own gain.

She is one of the many children who have been ripped from their home for their selfish cause. Trained at a young age, she was developed into just what the Nations hoped to accomplish. A perfect weapon. But when control is lost and the weapon goes rogue, the Nations learn firsthand just what they’ve created and just what their weapon will do for her freedom and for a family she can never forget.

He is sent to find her. Another trained and burned by the Nations, Byron Suthland is hired to find the weapon, only he doesn’t want to find her for them. He wants to find her for himself and bring back a woman, not a weapon. Knowing she can kill him instantly means nothing, but caring about her means everything.

Severine.

*********Excerpt**********

“And where are you going to go?”

“Home.”

“Do you even know where home is?”

“No, but you do and you’re going to be kind enough to give me the information.”

 “It isn’t that easy.”

She lost her temper and walked right up to him, bringing the gun she had tucked behind her right out. He didn’t fight her when she put her hand up to his throat, shoving him back against the wall, her gun now pressed right between his eyes.

“What are you going to do, Severine?” Byron asked. “Shoot me?”

“If I have to.”

“Then what kind of information will you get?”

They had a kind of standoff. Both refusing to back down or look away. However, Byron made a move, one she wasn’t expecting. His hand came up slowly, his body didn’t move. With the back of his hand, knuckles only, he touched the side of her face. Severine moved back.

“What are you doing?” She frowned at him.

“Something I think hasn’t been done to you in a very long time.”

“Don’t do that.”

His hand went back to her ear and into her hair. “But I want to do this.”

When his face began to lower down to hers and both of his hands moved to her waist, Severine changed the position of the gun. She now pressed it up under his chin. “I can shoot you and keep you alive.”

His face was mere inches from her own, lips so close she could feel his breath upon her own. “And I think this will be well worth getting shot.”

They touched. His lips touched her own gently, softly. She had never been kissed before. The only type of touching she’d been subjected to had always resulted in pain of some kind. Yet this wasn’t painful, but it confused her none the less. He didn’t do much of anything else either. In fact, if she wasn’t mistaken, she thought he was trying to show her how to kiss.

Why she let this happen, she couldn’t answer. But Severine did give in mostly due to her curiosity. She wanted to know what this felt like. What it was like to be held by another and not made to suffer for it. However, before anything more could go on, the gun she held under his chin was taken from her hand and the light kissing simply stopped.

He pulled back enough to look her once more in the eye, one arm still around her. Keeping eye contact with her, Byron uncocked the gun, let it drop with his finger still on the trigger so it would flip butt first back to her. “I’m not going to hurt you, Severine. Ever. And I will help you find what you need, but not with a gun at my head. Next time, just say please.”

She took the gun from his hand, he let her go, and moved around her toward the steps, taking them two at a time up, leaving her right where she stood.

***Excerpt***
“And what’s wrong with me being there?”

“Really? You’re really going to ask me that with the way you’re acting right now? Vinny you’ve been gone for four years. There’s nothing between us. There never was. I don’t belong to you or Levi, so I don’t understand why the hell you both don’t just leave me alone.”

“What does he want?”

“What
do you think he wants?” Her impatience was starting to rise. “What do you all want?”

“WellI don’t know what he wants, but I want you.”

“Never going
to happen again.”
She snorted.

“Never say never, darling.”
He turned and the town was instantly behind them.

She crossed her arms over her chest and slumped down in the seat, biting the inside of her
cheek. How the hell was she going to fight him? Levi was easy. Vinnynot so much. Shit! “Why are you taking me out to Mandy’s house?”

“I need to put the food up. She didn’t have shit in the house and when you’ve lived as I have
for so long you want those home cooked meals.”

“But she doesn’t cook.”

“I know, but I do.”

He turned and pulled into the gravel drive. Charlene had only been to Amanda’s place a few

times. She sort of forgot how great it looked and gasped when it came into view. Nothing real fancy, but still it had Charlene yearning for her old home to look like this. Years ago, before her mother got sick, the house was a home that she could be proud of. Now all she had were the memories.

Not saying much, Vinny parked and got out. He went straight to the back of the truck and took out bags. Still saying nothing she watched him walk up to the house and go inside, leaving the door open. With a sigh of defeat, Charlene got out and took a couple bags as well. Right to the kitchen she went, placing the bags on a counter and watching him unload his. When he was done he went back out, so she went on and unloaded her own. Halfway through her bag she felt him behind her and stilled. Her whole body stiffened when both of his arms reached around her, then up over her head with things for a top shelf. Charlene could feel his whole body press up against her and instantly her own came alive. But as quickly as he started it all ended and he was moving away from her.

“Stay for dinner,” he said when everything was put away. “I’m grilling.”

“Can’t.” Taking a deep breath to calm her now ragged nerves, she turned around and smiled. “Got stuff to do.”

“What kind of stuff?”

“Does it really matter?”

“Yep.”

“I’m busy
, Vinny, so leave it at that. I need to get my car back home and see if I can figure
out what the hell is wrong with it this time.”

“Yeah
I forgot Dozer showed you a few things with a car.”

“Well
if I don’t get it out of the alley Stan is going to have it towed and I can’t afford that
bill.”

“Promise you’ll come back for di
n
ner.”

“Can’t.”

“I’m not going to take you back until you agree. You need a good meal as much as I do.”

“Don’t try to blackmail me, Vinny. It isn’t going to work.”

“I’m not blackmailing you, I’m trying to make a deal here.”
